Returns:

We do not offer returns to ensure quality and safety of all product.

Damaged in Shipping:

If your order was damaged during shipment please reach out to us ASAP and we will make it right! You may or may not have to provide us pictures so we can assess the situation in a timely fashion. Your satisfaction is our number 1 concern so we will do anything in our power to make you happy!

Refunds:

We may offer refunds in the following circumstances; wrong product arrives, product arrives damaged, product ordered was wrongly inventoried and is out of stock. We do not offer refunds for the following; no longer in need of product, do not like the texture or scent as this is subjective to every customer, order delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address given by customer, cancellation of order after shipment.

Package delivered to wrong address:

If your order was delivered to the wrong address due to inputting the incorrect address please contact us ASAP. If order is sent back to Slimes by Grace we can reship at cost of customer. If the items are not sent back to Slimes by Grace we are not liable for a refund as items were sent correctly.
